I'm Rena Lynn Hopkins, artist, illustrator, and the chaotic changeling behind Brainmeats Atelier. You might know me as the designer behind The Divine Iguana, where I built a line of bestselling jewelry for boutiques across the country.

Brainmeats Atelier is something different. It’s slower, deeper, and rooted in the dirt under my feet.
Everything here is made by hand in small batches, with a deep respect for story, symbol, and soul. 

This work was born in The Lodge, my not-so-fancy home studio tucked into a weedy, willful garden in the northernmost county of Appalachia. 
Each design is personally approved by my rotating crew of canine companions and likely blessed with complimentary fur.

Our illustrated paper dolls are currently in development, with an expected debut by the end of 2025.
